Welcome to Altis Consult. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Altis Consult website, our consultation services, application support, scholarship guidance, documentation and attestation assistance, visa support, and student onboarding and arrival services.
By accessing our website, contacting us, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or purchasing any Altis Consult service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Altis Consult
Altis Consult provides education consultancy and related student support services to individuals seeking to study in India.
Our services may include university selection and admission guidance, scholarship and tuition guidance, document preparation and attestation support, visa preparation assistance, and pre-departure and arrival support.
Altis Consult acts as an education consultancy and support service. Final decisions regarding admission, scholarships, tuition, visa issuance, immigration status and other matters remain with the relevant university, government authority, embassy, consulate or other third party.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are providing accurate and truthful information.
- You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
- Where the applicant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian has authorised the use of our services.
- All documents and information submitted to Altis Consult belong to you or are provided with proper authorisation.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where information provided is false, misleading, fraudulent or materially incomplete.
3. Scope of Services
Depending on the service selected, Altis Consult may provide:
University Admission & Placement
We may assist with identifying suitable universities and programmes, reviewing academic qualifications, preparing applications, submitting application materials and communicating application requirements.
Admission decisions are made solely by the relevant university. Altis Consult does not control university admission decisions.
Scholarships & Tuition Guidance
We may identify scholarship, tuition-waiver or fee-reduction opportunities and assist applicants with the relevant application process.
Scholarship availability, eligibility, amount, duration and renewal requirements are determined by the relevant university or scholarship provider.
A scholarship should not be considered guaranteed unless Altis Consult has provided written confirmation that clearly identifies the specific award, institution, programme, applicable conditions and validity period.
Visa & Document Support
We may provide guidance relating to document preparation, authentication, attestation, legalisation, visa application preparation and interview preparation.
Altis Consult does not issue visas and cannot guarantee that a visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Arrival & Student Support
Where included in the selected package, we may assist with pre-departure preparation, airport reception, accommodation coordination, local registration guidance, SIM setup, orientation and other settling-in support.
Third-party accommodation, transportation, travel, insurance or other services may be subject to separate terms, availability and additional charges.
4. University Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about universities, programmes, fees, scholarship opportunities and admission requirements.
However, universities may change their:
- tuition fees;
- admission requirements;
- scholarship policies;
- academic programmes;
- intake dates;
- accommodation arrangements;
- payment requirements; or
- other policies.
Applicants should review and confirm final university information before making financial or academic commitments.
5. Application Requirements
The applicant is responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation within the required timeframe.
Documents may include academic certificates, transcripts, identification documents, photographs, passport information, financial documents, medical documents and other materials requested by the relevant institution or authority.
Altis Consult is not responsible for delays, refusals or adverse decisions caused by:
- incorrect information supplied by the applicant;
- fraudulent, altered or misleading documents;
- missing documentation;
- late submission;
- failure to meet university or government requirements; or
- failure to follow instructions provided to the applicant.
6. Fees and Payments
All Altis Consult service fees will be communicated to the client before payment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Service fees are separate from university tuition, accommodation, visa fees, government charges, travel expenses and other third-party costs.
- University tuition and official third-party payments should be made through the payment method specified by the relevant institution or service provider.
- Altis Consult will not be responsible for exchange-rate changes, bank charges or third-party transaction fees unless expressly included in the agreed service fee.
- Clients must retain proof of payment for all transactions.
Where a service package has been purchased, the scope of that package will be based on the services stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or service agreement.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
Because Altis Consult services may involve consultation, application preparation, administrative work, third-party coordination and time-sensitive processing, refunds are subject to the specific service package and applicable refund terms communicated before payment.
Where work has already been commenced, fees relating to completed or committed services may be non-refundable.
Government fees, university application fees, courier charges, banking charges and other third-party payments are generally non-refundable and are subject to the policies of the relevant provider.
A refund request must be submitted in writing to Altis Consult.
Where a refund is approved, processing may take a reasonable period depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.
8. University Admission and Scholarship Disclaimer
Altis Consult does not control university admission committees or scholarship providers.
Any references to scholarship percentages, tuition reductions, admission timelines or expected outcomes are subject to the eligibility criteria and final decision of the relevant institution.
Applicants should not make academic, financial or travel commitments based solely on an estimate or preliminary discussion.
9. Visa and Immigration Disclaimer
Altis Consult provides administrative and preparation support for visa applications.
We do not guarantee:
- visa approval;
- visa processing times;
- issuance of a particular visa category;
- entry into India;
- immigration clearance; or
- continued immigration status.
Final decisions are made by the relevant government and immigration authorities.
Applicants remain responsible for complying with all applicable immigration laws and requirements.

We do not guarantee:

10. Third-Party Services
Altis Consult may coordinate or recommend third-party services, including universities, accommodation providers, transportation providers, travel services, insurance providers, courier services and other external suppliers.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Altis Consult is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service quality or policy decisions of independent third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- submit required documents on time;
- respond promptly to requests for additional information;
- review all documents before submission;
- comply with university and government requirements;
- make required third-party payments on time; and
- inform Altis Consult immediately of any change affecting their application.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs or termination of services.
12. Communications
Altis Consult may communicate with clients through email, telephone, WhatsApp or other agreed channels.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided to Altis Consult is accurate and accessible.
Important instructions, deadlines and requests for documents may be communicated electronically.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, videos, documents and other materials owned by Altis Consult, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit Altis Consult content without prior written permission.
14. Website Use
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful purposes;
- submit false or misleading information;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altis Consult will not be liable for losses arising from decisions or actions taken by universities, scholarship providers, government authorities, embassies, immigration authorities, banks, airlines, accommodation providers or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law
17. Force Majeure
Altis Consult will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government decisions, changes in immigration rules, university closures, strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, banking disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
